DJI Enterprise Care supplementary insurance covers various risks that can usually occur when operating a multicopter. The cover includes replacement delivery in the event of operating errors, crashes, collisions, damage caused by water and damage caused by signal loss. Thus, the service package makes a significant contribution to securing the investment made and minimizing risks. The main advantage is that the insurance protects the device, regardless of who operates it. Not included is liability insurance, which must be taken out separately in accordance with the applicable Swiss regulations. With the purchase of Care Plus, you acquire a sum insured in order to receive a repaired device in exchange at short notice in the event of damage. When purchasing moredevices with DJI Enterprise Care Plus, these coverage amounts can be combined if desired. Unlike DJI Care Enterprise Basic, there are no additional fees in the event of a claim, apart from customs costs. DJI Enterprise Plus owners receive overnight delivery whenever possible. Please note that the service must be activated via the manufacturer’s online portal before all devices are put into operation.
