The main advantage is that the insurance protects the device, regardless of who operates it. With the purchase of Care Plus, you acquire a sum insured in order to receive a repaired device in exchange at short notice in the event of damage. When purchasing moredevices with DJI Enterprise Care Plus, these coverage amounts can be combined if desired. Unlike DJI Care Enterprise Basic, there are no additional fees in the event of a claim, apart from customs costs. DJI Enterprise Plus owners receive overnight delivery whenever possible. Please note that the service must be activated via the manufacturer’s online portal before all devices are put into operation.
