DJI Enterprise Care Supplemental Insurance for Your Phantom 4 RTK

  • Manufacturer’s supplementary insurance for the corresponding DJI Enterprise product with a term of 12 months from activation

DJI Enterprise Care supplementary insurance covers various risks that can usually occur when operating a multicopter. The cover includes replacement delivery in the event of operating errors, crashes, collisions, damage caused by water and damage caused by signal loss. Thus, the service package makes a significant contribution to securing the investment made and minimizing risks. Not included is liability insurance, which must be taken out separately in accordance with the applicable Swiss regulations.
Activate the service within 48 hours together with a new device and you will have the opportunity to purchase up to two replacement devices during the insurance period at favourable conditions (delivery and shipping costs of the manufacturer). The resulting contractual relationship is between you as the customer and the provider of the service DJI Enterprise. Note that some enterprise products already include DJI Enterprise Care packages as a standard service from the manufacturer. The corresponding insurance cover can be extended for another 12 months with a separately available Renew package. In addition, the official warranty period of the product is also extended by 12 months. The number of replacement devices is then reduced to a maximum of one replacement device during the runtime.

Conditions

If your drone or camera meets any of the following conditions, you can activate DJI Care Enterprise.
• Brand new drone or camera that is not yet activated.
• Drone or cameras activated less than 72 hours ago.
• Drones or cameras that were repaired at an official DJI Service Center less than 48 hours ago and are therefore considered defect-free. (Please contact support@dji.com to inquire about the inspection process).

Scope

A maximum of two replacement units per year is provided for DJI Care Enterprise Basic. For DJI Care Enterprise Plus contractors, an unlimited number of replacement devices will be provided for one year within the scope of the guaranteed coverage amount.
DJI Care Enterprise Basic is subject to a separate fee for up to two exchanges, while replacements for DJI Care Enterprise Plus are provided free of charge.
Free delivery is included in the bundled price of DJI Care Enterprise Basic. DJI Enterprise Plus owners receive overnight delivery of a replacement whenever possible.

Not included in the scope of services

The handling fees shown include postage and shipping costs on the part of the manufacturer. Not included are any applicable taxes and customs clearance costs. These must be borne by you as the contractor yourself.
